Restaurant Introduction

 NY American Grill is an American Themed Restaurant situated in Princes Street Mall in Glasgow City Centre (2nd Floor, Princes Square, 48 Buchanan St, Glasgow G1 3JN). This Restaurant has a beautiful interior design and has a high-end restaurant look which compliments that it is situated within Princess Square Mall which is a stunning mall on Glasgow's Buchanan Street.

This Restaurant plays host to an amazing American themed menu which consists of the usual Starter, Main Course, Dessert and Drinks Menu a few examples of courses on each menu include:

  • Starter: Within the Starter menu visitors can expect to find dishes such as Soup, Halloumi Bites, Loaded Potato Skins and much more options to choose from.
  • Mains: The Main Menu has dishes such as Southern Fried Chicken, Burgers, Hot Dogs and more which are all dishes that can be expected to be found in New York City therefore the menu compliments the interior and American themed Name.
  • Desserts: The Dessert Menu has many delicious options to choose from such as Hot Apple Pie, Chocolate Brownie, New York Cheesecake and other delicious desserts for visitors to enjoy
  • Drinks: The Drink Menu played host to amazing choices such as Sweet Cocktails, Wines, Spirits, soft drinks and more options for all age groups.

Food Review 

When I visited this restaurant I had chosen to go for options off the Main and Dessert menu and after taking a while to decide due to all the choices I opted to go for “ The Smokehouse Burger” as the main course and Hot Chocolate Brownie for dessert

  • The Burger tasted delicious and was probably among one of the best burgers I have ever tasted as it consisted of a 6oz 100% Scottish beef burger topped with streaky bacon, grilled cheese and smoky BBQ sauce, This burger also came with a side portion of chips included with the price of the burger which made the meal both delicious and reasonably priced as the beef burger was cooked well it wasn’t undercooked nor overcooked it was perfectly chewy which makes for an amazing burger

  • The Brownie was absolutely delicious and was paired with freshly whipped cream and fresh dairy ice cream making it something for a sweet tooth but once this brownie was delivered to the table it was fresh and warm and made the ice cream melt which made the brownie so easy to cut and enjoy (Warning mouth watering picture below)

Customer Service Review 

When visiting this restaurant the customer service was outstanding! The reason for the use of the word “outstanding” is because when we arrived at this restaurant we were promptly asked for our booking details and the waiter escorted us to a table and gave us a choice of either booth seating at the window or table in the middle, as well as this the whole process of ordering, receiving food and clearing of table was smooth and quickly!

This Restaurant was definitely well staffed as we had interacted with Four different waiters during our visit ensuring our order was correct, ensuring we enjoyed the food and making sure we had enough refreshments as well as this each and every staff member we interacted with had great customer service and were extremely polite and friendly which made it a special visit.

Conclusion

In terms of conclusion if you value great customer service, fast service and friendly interactions with staff then I would highly recommend you visit this restaurant!

As well as this the menu was remarkable  and had so much delicious options to chose from in terms of Starters to desserts and drinks which means it can cater for almost all customers needs and wants 

I would give this restaurant a 5 Star Review for their food and friendly helpful staff
